Event Organisation
The Universal Cassoulet Academy participates in the organisation of special events with partners wishing to set up fairs, village fêtes and exhibitions on the theme of gastronomy; to highlight the skills of the men and women of the region who enjoy and appreciate good food; and to promote the culinary creativity, traditions, language, human values and warmth which are the prerogative and custom of those living in the south of France.
The Universal Cassoulet Academy will organise on request meals (banquets, dinners, ceremonious meals, gala events etc.), business functions, conferences and seminars.
It will also oversee special gastronomic meals proposed by Chefs of the Academy in response to requests for an original, special, memorable or sought-after dish.
The Universal Cassoulet Academy creates and hosts festive evenings in honour of the symbolic Cassoulet in the presence of restaurateurs, wine makers, and cassoulet-loving members of our association. The events take the form of a chapter and those sympathetic to our cause are welcome to participate. Contact the Academy and you will be invited to a future event.

According to the members of the Universal Cassoulet Academy, Head Chefs and ardent gastronomes who are advocates and champions of this regional speciality, the objective of the Universal Cassoulet Academy is to promote Cassoulet and the ingredients involved in its creation
